Bull Series

The Bull Series is a line of hollow body medium scale bass guitars.  

Naomi

This is one of our Bull Series 5 string Bass guitars.  It comes with a strap and hardshell case.  It is semi hollow to cut down on the weight of the body and is finished with a green stain to black sunburst.  The top is quilted maple and has wonderful grain.  The wiring is set up with a standard 4 knob and 3 way toggle switch for the 2 soapbar pickups.  There is also a 2nd switch added that coil splits the bridge pickup for extra tone options.  My youngest son helped me a lot as I built this guitar and he came up with the color by mixing several stains.  We always name each guitar that we build because we become so close with the guitar through the process.  My son chose the name "Naomi" this time.  There are a couple dings/scratches on Naomi that happened in the final build stage.  Also, some of the green stain leeched into the bindings in a couple places.  I showed these things in the last 2 pictures above.  Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions you may have, and thanks for checking out one of our guitars!  Here are the rest of the details.....

Bull Dog is the first in the Bull Series line of Howie Guitars.  Hand Built in Longmont, Colorado USA.  The sound chamber is comprised of double two sided nautilus shells.
